Sale of a dental practice as part of an asset deal

Zürcher Rechtsanwälte AG successfully advised the owners of a leading dental practice in Zurich on the sale of their business to a private equity firm as part of a succession plan. The sale took the form of an asset deal, in which all significant assets of the practice—including the patient base, inventory, and practice premises—were transferred.

Our advice to the seller included the structured preparation of the sale process, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts until the successful conclusion. Thanks to our experience in M&A transactions, we were able to develop a solution that best protected the interests of the selling practice owners while ensuring a smooth transition to the new ownership.

This transaction not only implemented a successful succession plan, but also ensured the sustainable continuation and further development of a renowned dental practice.
