Zürcher Rechtsanwälte AG advises founders of Herti Garage GmbH on incorporation and asset transfer

Zürcher Rechtsanwälte AG advised the founders of Herti Garage GmbH on the establishment of the company and the subsequent asset transfer.

Herti Garage GmbH is establishing itself in the Zurich Unterland region as a leading repair shop for all types of vehicles, particularly in the field of electric mobility. It is also active in the vehicle trade. Following its establishment, Herti Garage GmbH entered into an asset deal with a breakdown and accident service provider, also based in the Zurich Unterland region, concerning the entire workshop inventory.

Zürcher Rechtsanwälte AG acted as legal advisor to the founders in this transaction. The team was led by Marvin Kanku (associate, corporate and commercial law) and was supplemented by Caroline Henschke (trainee lawyer, corporate and commercial law).
