Negotiation and conclusion of a framework acquiring agreement for an industry association

Small and medium-sized merchants and service providers lack negotiating power and expertise vis-à-vis acquirers and therefore often have poorer acquiring conditions and thus competitive disadvantages. With the companies bundled in the industry association, a critical mass for the negotiations was achieved, and Zürcher Rechtsanwälte AG contributed legal expertise and in-depth market knowledge.
